Categorized transaction
A transaction that was identified by Duopen's systems as belonging to a specific establishment.
Consent
What Duopen calls the connection established between the end user (your customer) and our systems, which allows Duopen to fetch the end user's transactions;
Loyalty program
A system that rewards customers for their purchases, typically accumulating points or benefits that can be exchanged for rewards.
Open Finance
A system that enables the secure sharing of financial data between institutions, giving consumers greater control and visibility over their financial information.
Partner Establishments
Merchants and businesses that partner with Duopen to integrate their transactions into loyalty programs and offer benefits to customers.
Transaction
A purchase the end user (customer) made in one of your establishments;
Webhook
A communication method that allows applications to send real-time data to other systems. In the context of Duopen, webhooks are used to notify partners about categorized transactions.
